Repeat Prescriptions Order Form

If your pet requires on-going medication, you can order it online using this form. If we have seen your pet within the last 6 months, our vets will review the request to ensure the medication is still appropriate. When the medication is ready, you will receive an SMS to let you know it is waiting to be picked up. Allow 1 business day for all orders to be processed. We are often much faster than that, but we don't want you caught out if we get busy.
